I will participate only in the first day of the meetingI will participate for both of the days of the meeting

One night - double room (03-04.09.2020) – 295 RON (60 EUR) /night (breakfast included, special price for USAMV guests);Two nights - double room (03-05.09.2023) – 295 x 2 RON (120 EUR) (breakfast included);In you will come with another person, the price/night is higher with 25 RON (breakfast).

Please confirm till the beginning of next week how many nights you will need (24.07.2023)

For the meeting, we arranged pre-booking of 10 single rooms, at a special price for USAMV guest (to be mentioned).
Based on participant registration, (confirmation of meeting attendance) I will inform the hotel, and the payment for accommodation will be made only at check out.

For the meeting, I have pre-booked 18 double rooms (twin), at special reduced rates of 200 lei/night for USAMV guest. The rooms and these rates will be available up to 1st of June 2020.
